Other Activities
Stroll Down Our Waterfront Deck & Spend Time on the Private Beach
The waterfront deck has some relaxing chairs and a small table so you can easily sit, relax, and take in the scenery. The deck overlooks the private rocky beach below as well as the sea and the islands. During your time of relaxation, keep a lookout for wildlife like shorebirds, seals, harbor porpoises, loons, and even bald eagles flying above. At the beach, you can enjoy the tides and the sound of the waves crashing. Because we are on Penobscot Bay, you can also stay entertained by watching the boats and ships go by. You might even get the chance to watch some lobstering!
Go for a Dip in the Pool
After a long day in the sun, take a dip in one of our two heated outdoor pools or lay on one of our loungers and watch the kids swim! Either way, our pool areas are a great place to relax and enjoy the weather.
Take Part in Some Games
Once your time on the town comes to an end, feel free to return back to Glenmoor for some games. Glenmoor has a bunch of games your family will love including disc golf, cornhole, horseshoes, and soccer.
Relax by the Fire
There's nothing better than a Maine campfire. Watch as the candy cotton colors of the evening turn into a dark starry night. Hear the cracking of the embers and relax. You're on vacation and the day is done. S'mores anyone?
